You don't need to know exactly who's coming before you start. Invite people as you're ready—or purchase tickets now and add names later.
A group doesn't have to be big.
More than one person attending together can use group registration.
How much is group registration?
Group registration is $99 per person.
Is there a minimum group size?
A group is more than 5 peope.
How do people join my group?
Once your group is set up, you’ll receive a unique registration link and group code. Share either with your young adults so they can register directly with your group.
Do we have to stay at a Hodos hotel?
No. Our downtown hotel blocks are optional. You’re welcome to book an Airbnb, stay closer to the venue, or choose other accommodations that work for your group.
When can we book our hotel rooms?
Booking for the Hodos hotel blocks opens December 1, 2026. Rooms will range from $120–$160 per room, per night, and can accommodate 1–4 people depending on the hotel and room type.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation details are still being finalized. We’ll share more information as plans are confirmed.
